Ask about your websiteMy website hardly changes. Do I need a plan with hours?
Not necessarily. Essential covers the care routine: updates, backups, monitoring, a weekly form check and a monthly report. If you expect a few small edits a month, Care adds one hour for them.
When does Studio make sense?
When a team keeps a list of website work: new pages, campaigns, forms, integrations and improvements. Studio includes 8 hours a month for them, plus a monthly analytics review with up to three priorities.
Can you work with our marketing agency or designer?
Yes. We regularly build pages from designs and content supplied by an agency, and agree the details with them directly when that helps.
Can you connect our forms to our email or CRM tool?
Usually, yes, within your included hours. We check which tool you use and how its forms or integrations work, then agree the approach before starting.
Can you take over a website you didn’t build?
Yes, that’s the usual case. We review it first and quote any cleanup separately, so care starts from a known, working state.
What if we need a new website?
A redesign or new site is quoted as a separate project. Care can continue on the current site until the new one launches, and then carry on there.
