“I keep putting off those updates.”
You want the site current, but you also want someone who knows what to check and what to do if an update causes trouble.
Your WordPress, in good hands
WordPress maintenance and support for businesses and agencies. We handle the upkeep, check the important journeys and give you a developer to turn to when your website needs work.
From €99/month One WordPress site · Support hours in higher plans
The tour, in short: meet your WordPress caretaker. Add your website and Comfy handles backups, updates, security and uptime every week. Overnight, Comfy verifies a backup, updates WordPress and plugins, rolls back a checkout that broke after a WooCommerce update and tests the fix on staging, without using your hours. At 7:30 you wake up to a care report, not a problem. Plans: Essential €99, Care €150, Studio €400 and Commerce €975 a month. wpcomfy.com.

Why care
It brings in enquiries, explains your services or takes orders. Yet looking after it often lands on the person who already has too much to do.
See what we take off your plateYou want the site current, but you also want someone who knows what to check and what to do if an update causes trouble.
A new service page, a broken layout, an awkward form. Small requests can sit for weeks when no one owns the website work.
A working homepage is only part of the picture. The enquiry form or checkout deserves attention too.
What’s included
Every plan starts with the same maintenance foundation. Routine tasks run on a schedule, with a developer handling the decisions and exceptions.
WordPress, themes and plugins are updated on a planned schedule, with a backup first and checks of agreed key pages afterwards. Higher-risk changes go through staging where available.
Daily off-site backups give us a recovery point. During onboarding, we check the restore process so there is a practical recovery route before it is needed.
Automated monitoring watches availability and SSL expiry. When an alert comes in, we investigate within the agreed support hours and explain what needs to happen next.
One agreed form gets a weekly automated browser check where it can be tested safely. We check the journey and confirmation state; email or CRM delivery checks are agreed separately.
If an update we carry out causes a problem, fixing or rolling it back is part of the maintenance work. You do not need a development-hour allowance for that.
A readable care summary covers updates, backups, monitoring, agreed checks and anything still needing attention. You know what was done and what needs a decision.
Care, Studio and Commerce add a defined monthly allowance for support and development.

Developer time
Maintenance keeps the foundations in order. Included developer hours help you work through the changes, fixes and ideas that follow.
Update a service, replace team photos, add a case study or publish an agreed page using your existing layout.
For the requests that keep coming backImprove a mobile layout, simplify a form or adjust a page section that makes the next step hard to find.
For your marketing team’s backlogInvestigate an error, assess a plugin change or scope an integration before committing to a larger piece of work.
For the tasks that need technical judgementSend a request in English. We review it, agree the estimate and fit it into your monthly allowance. If it needs more time, you choose whether to reduce the scope, schedule it later or approve a separate quote.
Examples show the kinds of work we can scope, not a promise that every task fits into one hour. Maintenance runs separately from your included development time.
Reporting
Every plan includes a care report. With Studio and Commerce, we also review available GA4 and Clarity data each month and suggest up to three priorities for your site.
That gives your next request a starting point: a form worth simplifying, a confusing mobile section or a page that needs a clearer next step.
The analytics review uses up to one included hour. Changes are agreed with you and use the remaining allowance. Working analytics access and useful data are needed.

WooCommerce
For WooCommerce, the important journey runs from finding a product to placing an order. Commerce adds store-specific care and 20 monthly development hours for the work around it.
See how we look after storesWe look at checkout, payments, shipping and integrations so the maintenance plan reflects how your store actually works.
An agreed purchase-flow check uses staging or a safe test-payment setup. The exact scope and frequency are confirmed during the store review.
Use the included time for agreed fixes and improvements, supported by the monthly analytics review. Larger changes are scoped before work begins.
For agencies
A launch should not turn your project team into a permanent maintenance desk. Give client sites an ongoing care routine and a developer for agreed follow-up work.
Start with one website or bring a portfolio. We review the mix of sites and quote the arrangement around the work you need.
How we work with agenciesAgree access, site history and the important user journeys once, so each maintenance cycle starts with context.
Decide who sends requests, who approves time and who updates the client. Shared hours and portfolio scope are quoted individually.
Agree what your team receives and how client-facing reports are presented under your brand.
Getting started
Your site does not have to be built by us. We start with the website you have, check what it needs and agree a practical way to take over its care.
Share the URL, what the site does and what you would like help with. No passwords or admin access are needed for the first conversation.
We review the fit, recommend a plan and identify any initial cleanup or extra work. You get the scope, support arrangements and costs before starting.
Arrange named access, backups, a restore check and the pages or journeys we will monitor. A suitable existing host can stay in place.
The maintenance routine begins. You receive a monthly summary and can send requests against your plan’s included hours.
Moving from another provider? We’ll agree the access and handover needed before taking responsibility for the site.

About
I’m Jakub, also known as Jay, the developer behind Esumo and WPComfy. I build WordPress websites and stay involved as clients need updates, new features and ongoing support.
WPComfy gives that ongoing work a dedicated home. You get a clear care routine and a direct conversation with the person doing the work.
Meet Esumo and explore the workFrom education websites to B2B companies and professional services, the work continues after launch. Edu-Dutch and Endego are two examples you can explore above.
I also built Esumo Field Renamer for ACF, a public tool for WordPress developers. It is a small, practical example of how I work with WordPress beyond day-to-day maintenance.

FAQ
Clear expectations make for better long-term care. If your setup is unusual, tell us about it.
Ask about your websiteYes, subject to a site review. We check the WordPress setup, theme, plugins and hosting before recommending a plan. If anything needs cleanup first, we explain the work and cost before the recurring service starts.
Essential covers the agreed maintenance routine: updates, daily off-site backups, availability and SSL monitoring, a weekly check of one safely testable form and a monthly report. It has no included support or development hours. Content changes, unrelated fixes and new features need a separate quote or a plan with hours.
Addressing a problem caused by an update we carry out, including a rollback when appropriate, is part of maintenance. It does not use your development-hour allowance. Existing faults and unrelated problems are assessed separately.
Yes, if it supports the care your site needs. If you’d rather hand hosting over too, add managed hosting to any plan for €15/month (€25 for WooCommerce stores) — it renews with your plan. We agree the timing of the move with you before changing anything.
No. Care includes 1 hour in total, Studio 8 and Commerce 20 per month. Studio and Commerce reserve up to one of those hours for the analytics review. These are monthly work allowances, not round-the-clock availability.
We agree the estimate before work begins. You can narrow the request, plan it for a later slot or approve a separate quote. We confirm scheduling and how unused hours are treated in your service agreement.
The standard weekly check covers one agreed form’s page, fields and confirmation state. Inbox delivery, CRM records and third-party automations need an agreed end-to-end test setup; they are not implied by a successful form check.
Send the URL and describe the problem. Existing faults, malware cleanup and a large update backlog are reviewed and quoted separately before regular maintenance begins. A maintenance subscription is not an unlimited repair service.
Yes, through Commerce only. We first review the checkout, payment, shipping and integrations, and agree a safe way to test the purchase flow. Managed store hosting can be added for €25/month.
No. Automated monitoring runs continuously, while human response follows the working hours and response arrangements agreed before your plan starts. We communicate in English.
Yes. We can agree a white-label arrangement, including use of an agency-domain email address. Client contact, reports, request approvals, access and portfolio pricing are agreed together.
No. Start with your website URL and a few words about what you need. We ask for the right access securely after agreeing the scope. Please do not email passwords.
Send your URL and tell me what you want to hand over. I’ll review the fit, suggest a plan and explain any work needed before care starts.
