White-label WordPress maintenance for agencies.

Keep the client relationship and hand over the upkeep. We look after your clients’ WordPress sites under your name or as a named partner, with a developer your team can rely on for follow-up work.

Why agencies hand it over

Launches pay the bills. Maintenance quietly eats the week.

Every site you launch adds updates, backups, plugin conflicts and “quick changes” to someone’s list. Handing that routine to a dedicated team keeps your designers and developers on new projects — and your clients looked after.

Your team stays on projects

No more pulling a developer off a launch to update plugins or fix a form on a site from two years ago.

Clients keep their contact

You stay the name your clients know. We work behind you, or alongside you if that suits the relationship better.

Recurring revenue, less effort

Offer care plans to every client without building a maintenance department to deliver them.

Two ways to work

Under your name, or as your named partner.

We agree the setup for each agency — and it can differ from client to client.

White label

We work under your brand.

  • An email address on your agency’s domain
  • Monthly reports with your logo and name
  • Your team talks to the client; we talk to your team
  • No WPComfy branding anywhere your client sees

Named partner

We work alongside you.

  • Introduced as your maintenance partner
  • We can answer the client directly for routine requests
  • You approve estimates and bigger changes
  • Less relaying for your account managers

How it works

Try it on one site. Grow from there.

We don’t expect you to hand over a portfolio to someone new. Start with one client site on a regular plan, see how we work, then bring more when you’re ready.

Agency FAQ

Questions agencies ask.

Every agency works differently. Tell us how yours does.

Will our clients know you are involved?

Only if you want them to. In a white-label setup we use an email address on your domain and your branding on reports, and we speak only with your team. As a named partner we are introduced by you and can handle routine requests directly.

How do we start?

With one client site on a standard plan. It lets you see how we handle the review, the handover and the monthly routine before you bring more sites.

When do portfolio terms apply?

From five websites. We then agree a discount across the portfolio and move you from separate card subscriptions to one monthly invoice.

Can you take over sites built by another developer?

Yes. We review each site before care starts and quote any cleanup separately, so your agency isn’t surprised by problems inherited from an older build.

Who approves extra work?

You do. We estimate every request before starting and agree with you who can approve work — your project manager, the client, or both.

Can you also build new features for our clients?

Yes. Studio and Commerce include 8 and 20 developer hours a month. Larger projects are estimated separately so you can quote them to your client.
