# WPComfy pricing

WPComfy is a WordPress maintenance and support service: updates, backups, monitoring and a monthly report, with developer hours on the higher plans. Prices are in EUR, per website, per month, billed monthly in advance by card through Stripe, with an invoice for every payment. Cancel any time; the plan stays active until the end of the paid month.

## Included in every plan

- WordPress, theme and plugin updates in a weekly window, with a backup before every update and key pages checked afterwards
- Urgent security updates applied ahead of the weekly window
- If one of our updates breaks something, we fix it or roll it back without using your hours
- Daily off-site backups with 30 days of history, and a restore test when care begins
- Uptime checks every 5 minutes, SSL certificate expiry alerts, and security and vulnerability alerts for WordPress, the theme and plugins
- A weekly check of one nominated form, where it can be tested safely
- A monthly care report: updates, backups, uptime, checks and open risks
- Requests by email, with an estimate before any work starts; work beyond the included hours is quoted first

## Studio and Commerce also include

- Staging first for major or risky updates, and a restore rehearsal every quarter
- A monthly GA4 and Microsoft Clarity review with up to three prioritised recommendations
- A quarterly UX review of key pages and a monthly speed check (Core Web Vitals and PageSpeed)
- A shared Slack channel, a shared Asana project and a 30-minute monthly planning call
- A quarterly AI search visibility review: crawler access, structured data and AI answers re-checked, with up to three prioritised recommendations
- Reviews and calls use the included hours; the analytics review and the AI visibility review use up to one of them each

## Commerce also includes

- WooCommerce care: store, payment and shipping plugins updated with a store check
- A store review before care begins: checkout, payments, shipping, tax and integrations
- A purchase-flow check on a test setup, weekly or monthly, never with real customer payments

## Hours and replies

- Included hours are a monthly allowance: unused hours do not carry over and are not refunded
- Reply target, Monday to Friday excluding Polish public holidays: within 2 working days on Essential and Care, the next working day on Studio and Commerce
- There is no 24/7 on-call service; monitoring runs around the clock

## Hosting

- Keep your current host if it supports the care your site needs, or add managed hosting: +€15 per month on Essential, Care and Studio, +€25 per month on Commerce
- Managed hosting renews with the plan, and we plan the move with you

## Add-on: AI search visibility setup

A one-off setup from €249 per website, available with any plan or on its own for a WordPress site. It makes the site easier for ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Gemini, Copilot and Google AI Overviews to reach, read and quote:

- AI crawler access checked in robots.txt, security plugins, firewall and CDN settings; the client chooses what to allow, including training crawlers
- Key pages checked as a crawler sees them, with text versions of content that only appears through JavaScript or in images
- Structured data (schema.org) for the business, services, products or courses, FAQs and breadcrumbs
- An llms.txt file and a plain-text summary of key facts
- Sitemaps, Google Search Console, Bing Webmaster Tools and IndexNow
- Ten customer questions put to AI assistants before the work and again about six weeks later

A typical business or course site is €249; large stores and multilingual sites are quoted first. No mention in AI answers is guaranteed.

## Not covered by any plan

Quoted separately before any work begins (included hours can be used where they fit):

- Problems that existed before care began, such as old errors or a large backlog of outdated plugins
- Malware cleanup of a hacked site
- Redesigns and larger new features
- Writing content (we publish and adjust it)
- Support for other companies' services: host, email provider, payment gateway, third-party tools

## Before care begins

Every site is reviewed before care starts. If it needs cleanup first, the work and cost are explained. If we cannot look after the site within the plan bought, the first payment is refunded in full.
